Beginner's basic flow is designed for people to start getting acquainted with the momentum of the mace and the grips while engaging the arms, legs, core, glutes for maximum performance. It is a good way to start learning the macebell flows from scratch and later advance to the next level.
Trainees get ample knowledge about the fundamentals of a macebell flow that helps them to build a solid foundation to handle the further training without any issues.

Corporate workshop is designed for people working 9-5 behind a computer where the wrists, shoulders, elbows, back etc take a toll from rigorous schedule. This schedule often is the cause of various types of body pain due to bad the mentioned parts and adds to a bad posture later.
